2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use secretuai solely for lawful, personal, and compliant purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
• Generate content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context — this is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse our AI systems or rate limits.
• Resell or redistribute platform outputs in violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior written consent.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-exclusive license. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. You warrant that your prompts do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Desires (Credits) and Payments

• Desires are prepaid credits used to generate images and videos. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described below.
• If a generation job fails due to a platform error, the Desires cost for that job is automatically refunded to your balance.
• Desires have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for currency.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or Desires costs at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRETUAI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by us.
